“Room is clean. Staff is great. ”

“Selected this hotel because of advertised valet parking as I am partially disabled, only to find as I arrived that the "new owners haven't set up the insurance for valet parking yet". Luckily enough got a spot in the underground parking very close to elevator, but then my key card didn't work in the elevator to access my floor. Piggybacked on another guests card to get to my floor only to find out my key card didn't work for the room either!!!...Back down to lobby and the bellman Aiden helped to...

“Hotel di lusso molto bello. Le camere molto ampie e super accessoriate, letto comodissimo. La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“The rooms are small, but clean. We didnt use the kitchenette, but it had what was needed for simple meals.”

“The Rialto is very centrally located, a short walk to Centennial Square, Chinatown, Government Street, Market Square and the Inner Harbour. Despite it's downtown location it was very quiet. Our suite was beautifully furnished and well laid out. The staff were welcoming, efficient and prompt to reply to all our concerns. The ground level bars and restaurant were attractive and well patronized. Parking was adjacent and easy.”

“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Un hotel 3 stelle che ne merita anche 4. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e molto solerte nelle pulizie e nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posizione eccellente, di fronte al Parlamento e comodo sia per il trasporto pubblico che per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate lungo il porto.”
